I have been hitting a button (File) to pull my email from pop.gmail, i dont see this button any more.
wHEN I ENTERED MOZILLA EMAIL PAGE, ON THE TOP LEFT , I HIT FILE , AND AN OPTION TO GET (IMPORT) MY OUTLOOK EXPRESS MAIL FROM pop.gmail WAS AVAILABLE. and see it in mozilla MAIL; now, i dont seem to see thIS FILE BUTTON anymore?

Are you missing the entire Menu Bar with File-Edit-View etc? If so pressing the alt key or F10 should make it appear. When it does select View-Toolbars and click the Menu Bar back on. If you do not have the Mail Toolbar I would turn that on too. It has a get mail button on it.

sO WHEN I HIT F10, I GET THE TOOL BAR, AND IT SHIPS IT OVER, BUT WHERE DO I LOOK FOR IT? UNDER LOCAL FOLDER--INBOX, OR OULOOK EXPRESS IMPORT- INBOX (or outlook express import0- inbox)?
I guess we need to define what you really are doing. Are you just getting your mail or actually importing old mail from an old account. These are two different things. If getting mail the default is to go into your inbox for that account. I cannot begin to guess if you have changed the default location.
How about locating your caps lock and turning that off. :) It would make reading you messages easier.
