I was having trouble with typing into the address bar which didn't look like the address bar in the past. Didn't have same appearance just said Firefox . clicking anywhere in the box got me nowhere. I'm not savvy with all of this ,YET! I wanted to type about:config into the address bar and nothing. I think the address bar got moved into the menu, but what menu? I'm lost on this, can you help? Thanks!

Try resetting the Firefox toolbars and menus back to their defaults. Click the menu button at the top-right of your Firefox window (the one with three horizontal lines), and then select "Customise" which is at the bottom. From there, hit the "Restore Defaults" button.

Thankyou Scott. Earlier today I ran a few virus scans and found six. Got rid of them first then did a reset with Firefox. Everything back to normal, so I thank you for timely response!
