What is the new method for including a link in my e-mail? Earlier, I would copy the url from the page I wanted to send; go to the box that says "Insert new Link;" and paste. Now, if I do this, I get a message saying, "No named anchors or headings in this page." What does this mean? What is an anchor?

I would be most grateful for a clear and direct answer!
