Hello, My Firefox was running slow and someone at time warner cable suggested I remove cookies, clear cash, and all history. While trying those actions FireFox got stuck and I get a spinning wheel and have to force quit because it is not responding. Every time I open FireFox now it gives me the option to restore or close. No matter what option I choose, it give me the spinning wheel after I make the choice and then will not respond.

I have tried to trash all versions of FireFox I can find. I download a new version. I go through the same process and the exact problem still persists. I even tried downloading an older version of FireFox and I still get the exact problem.

I have attached the only image I can. I can not get past the image I am sharing.

Please help if you can. I prefer using FireFox to all other browsers.

Thank you!
