When responding to an existing email and want to add an email into that existing email how is it done? I went on line and read about an "Add Mail" tab is required and need to know how to get that tab.

I have Firefox Version 38.0.5.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird queue. This question currently is in the Firefox queue for answers.

Continuing on with my same question below, we use Zimbra for our email and it's Version7.1.4_GA_2555.
