Can't filter messages
I just moved from a Windows 7 computer to one that run Windows 8.1. I have been using a bunch of message filters (on the old computer) that sent email to various folders. On the new computer I get a bunch of the following "alert" popups: "The message could not be filtered to folder '[folder name]' because writing to folder failed. Verify that you have enough disk space, and that you have write privileges in the file system, then try again."
I have over 800GB of free space and I am the only user, as Administrator.
I am using Thunderbird 31.7.
What should I do?

Usual cause when the obvious disk space message is untrue is the anti virus program. Or defender Create an exclusion in the program for the Thunderbird profile folder.
