hi, you can generally disable geolocation like this: enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named geo.enabled. double-click it and change its value to false.

Note that we have recently seen issues with some websites not working properly with geo.enabled not set to true, so use the false setting with caution.
