How do you restore menus on message composition panel?

more options

The menu bar and task bar are not visible on my Thunderbird "write" feature. After composing an email, there is no way to "send" it. No buttons, or other features are visible. I cannot restore them by right-clicking to bring up an option dialog box to re-check the items. All menu items are missing from "write", "reply" and "forward" messaging.
