I'd like to change the Subject titles of sent emails in my saved folders for consistency. Many times the Subject title does not accurately reflect the "topic". I would like to change the Subject title to identify the topic. Thanks in advance!

Perhaps you should have corrected them before you sent the mail.

But it is not a change to anything more than the Thunderbird user interface AFAIK and a rebuild of the relevant MSF file by Thunderbird may loose your changes

Your smug reply indicates my question may have been unclear, forgive me,

When an email is initiated, the writer decides the Subject Title. Those who reply may bring up additional topics and a discussion/thread begins with various topics added. The "Subject Title" then has a prefix such as "Re:" or "Fwd:" and the title remains the same.

When that discussion ends I save that email in my saved "Topic" folders I would like to change the initial Subject to a "Main Topic". That would simply filing and finding the email.
