The sync function isn't working. How do I fix this?

I'm really frustrated with the sync function. I followed the instructions but nothing is migrating, there's nothing to show progress, I don't know if it's not working at all or just painfully slow

Hello Jim,

Are your devices updated to the new Sync? If any of your devices are still on the old Sync, you must unlink them before setting them up with the new Sync.
