Firefox crashes

I cannot open Firefox at all. Each time I click on the Firefox logo, the Mozilla Crash Reporter window pops up. If I press "Restart Firefox", the Firefox window does not pop up but the same Mozilla Crash Report window pops up again.

I waited about 4 hours and decided to open Firefox, and it works! It was weird that it would work all of a sudden but nonetheless thanks for your help.

Just wait, they will tell you a new install will fix it (for most it does not), or that it's Symantec's fault.
