I cannot access my email to get your response, so it is kind of stupid! But I need my email. Today is the first and only day I when I tried to open my email via outlook, that an error message came up, why all of a sudden?

What does that error message say?

Can you provide a screenshot of that error message?


See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
