change password directions are not accurate

I want to change my password. When I follow the directions and go to MENU and click the OPTIONS tab and then click the SYNC panel there is nothing there that says MANAGE PASSWORDS.

Hi   !

You can change your password settings in   Security   instead of   Sync.
