Your username is your email address. Your username and password is administered with your email provider. I am not sure what your question or issue is. You can go to your providers webmail page and log into your account and check you mail. You can also reset a forgotten password there.

For a few days now I have been locked out of all things Mozilla. Mozilla no longer accepted my old username and password. But without getting into Mozilla I couldn't get any help. Catch 22! Mozilla knew my username and password, because when I entered them I was told that they were already in use. By me! But they no longer got me into Mozilla.

Today somewhere I found a support page which I didn't have to sign in to use. It gave me an address to get some help. Including changing my password. I did so, entering my old password, and this time Mozilla accepted it. Why didn't it tell me that that password was already in use as before?. I don't know, but after this Mozilla has happily continued to accept the password previously rejected. It turned out I had the correct username all along, which was not my email address.

I am aging, my memory is failing, I can't remember where I found the vital page. (I have looked for it.) Considering the time it took me wandering around to find it, I think this information should be much easier to find.
