I have 2 email accounts to set up It keeps saying on one configuration could not be verified - is the username or password wrong?

Then on one once it accepted the detail it will not send anything when I went to test it and it says "Login to server smpt-mail.outlook.com failed

The "config. could not be verified..." error could be due to having 2-step verification on the account but not using an app-specific password when adding it to TB. Plus, the settings for outlook.com have been updated: smtp-mail.outlook.com is not recommended:
