when i try to send a message, i get a popup telling me to sign in (again) and when i do, i get another pop up message that says 'failure to connect to server' and i can't send the email.

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
  • Choose Troubleshooting Information
  • Use the button Copy to clipboard to select all. Do not check box "Include account names"!

  • What steps did you take right before this happened?
