How come ctrl+f (find on page) keyboard combination doesn't work any more?
Since 55.0, ctrl+f doesn't work on any web pages. I have 64bit FF on Windows 10,right now I have ff 56.0. I couoldn't find anything with google, or on the support page.

Does the menu entry still work (Edit -> Find)?
Does this also happen with other ways to start a (quick) search like the quote (') and the forward slash (/) and Ctrl+G ?
Which Firefox locale (user interface language) do you use in case it is broken?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Wow thank you! Starting Firefox in Safe Mode, closing it, than starting it normally actually helps with a lot of bullshit!
