Hi !
Yes, when I look at the EverSync add-on, it sure looks like EverHelp is part of the package, but my advice would be to contact them : https://www.everhelper.me/contact-us.php
Then you ask if there is any official Mozilla email support - if by that you mean : do we provide support via email, the answer has to be 'No'.
If, however, you are talking about an email client, that is Thunderbird :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbird-faq
i mean the first thank you
Hi again !
I just noticed that you have posted this before - you were given this link :
https://everhelper.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1180411-nimbus-screenshot---quick-guide
and you marked that answer as 'Chosen Solution' ........ (?)
See this thread : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1174457
Apparantly you still have the same problem, so it might be a good idea to contact them here : https://www.everhelper.me/contact-us.php
i contact with them but there is no responce
Then I suggest you find a registry cleaner and clean it out that way.
Also can go through the registry by hand as well as all folders looking for left overs.
Can also run https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ and see if it finds anything. Google each entry from the Log Report before deleting anything.
This is not a Firefox issue so we have given you the best suggestions as possible. It is up to you to follow the directions given.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

No, you didn't forget to tell us - no worries. You told us in both threads.
You said you contacted them, but didn't get any response - I don't know how long ago of course it was : but would you try again ? You could even tell them that you posted this on a public forum (and maybe even give them a link to this thread).
Just thought of something : When you say "a window appears, called 'Everhelper " - is that something like a pop-up ? What exactly does this 'window' say ? Does it stay on your screen till you click on it ? In other words : could you describe it a little bit more ?
Couldn't let it go just yet ......
If you are using this add-on : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nimbus-screenshot/
then maybe you should contact the developer(s) about this ........
(In the upper right corner it says : 'Contact us')
yes a pop up when i take a screenshot w ith nimbus
