Firefox 58 starts a process but won't open a window.

After updating to 58, we have many computers on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 that will start a process but a window never opens. Downgrading to 57 "fixes" the problem. I don't see any errors in the event viewer and we don't have the Logitech driver installed. Please help!
