When I try to access Firefox via a shortcut, this is what shows: 403 forbidden. Forbidden. You don`t have permission to access/ on this server. 

  www.saskatoonhomepage.ca is an old address that I no longer use.

Firefox from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ is a web browser and not a web site nor is it a search engine.

Perhaps you have this page set as your Homepage in Firefox as you can set a homepage or leave it blank. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-the-home-page

In a search it appears the new site for saskatoonhomepage.ca is https://www.cjwwradio.com/
