Hi I'm not sure whether you are saying you can't access emails when you log in to Gmail online, or when you open Thunderbird on your local device. Please clarify. The Firefox part of your question may indicate a slow internet connection. In that case Gmail online, or Thunderbird locally may just be busy still loading the emails. Agnes
