I have Norwegian Windows 10 and Thunderbird menus have also been Norwegian, but after update they suddenly are English. How do I get back to Norwegian Menu language?

What is your version of TB? The Norwegian installers for 78 are here. Choose the 32 or 64 bit version, depending on what you already have, and install over your current setup; the profile folder with your data is not affected.
