Change incoming server on account from pop3 to imap

I've got email accounts set up on my main computer and have just realised that some of them are using pop3 server settings to download mail - which means that it disappears from the inboxes of other devices when I'm away. I can't see a way to alter the incoming server settings on an account. Is it possible?
