Video download helper icon does not appear on Firefox toolbar

I am setting up a new mac computer (Mac book Air M3 with Sonoma 14.3). I have installed Video Download Helper. The icon appears in the Applications folder and the Dock, but not in the Firefox toolbar. How can I get the icon back? Many thanks.

Have you installed the Video DownloadHelper extension?
