Installing self-distributed addons on firefox for android

more options

Since my addon was unlisten from AMO and I've been told to self-distribute it cause the audience is too small, I created a website that hosts it. Installation works fine on desktop, on mobile it just downloads the file.

Is there any way to distribute this addon for mobile users?

I used .xpi file that I downloaded from AMO page and response has correct content-type headers. I distribute it here if anyone wants to check whats going on https://ifv.banocean.com

They told you that? Size of the audience shouldn't be their concern.

You can only install XPI file in the Nightly version of Firefox for Android.

To be exact they said "- Content, specifically Closed user group: Due to the limited/non-public audience of this add-on, this add-on can not be listed on AMO.". The only thing I don't understand is why there are addons for similar products with same specific where it's enforced by school what product you use and they are bigger (thats why I said size)

Also I don't see this option in my Firefox Nightly settings

Go to menu -> Settings -> About Firefox, enable Secret Settings by tapping the Firefox logo 5-7 times and go back to Settings.
