I have a new toolbar that I thought I had declined? Now I would like to remove it

I upgraded the weather channel and in the process, I was asked if I would like the toolbar "Dealio". I clicked on decline. Now I have the toolbar & would like to get rid of it.

Do you see that toolbar in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions ?
