Go here if you are not happy with Firefox 4 and want the previous version of Firefox reinstalled. My biometric scanner is not recognized by Firefox 4 so I also had to revert to 3.6.16.

Is it the DigitalPersona biometric scanner? If it is DigitalPersona have abandoned it and it will not work in Firefox 4. For more details see https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/799388
