I am trying to copy and paste on a builder website that I use to build my own website. I copy and paste from Microsoft word to my site. I used to be able to do this, but now for some reason Firefox won't let me do it.

I think you may need to give more information about what you are doing.

The problem may not be a Firefox problem. You should be able to copy and paste from some web pages displayed by Firefox. I am unsure what you mean by "copy and paste from Microsoft word to my site " but that is possibly something that is NOT done using Firefox.

Hi John99. I appreciate your interest in helping me. Here is what I am doing. We have two websites and when I update information especially text information I do it in Microsoft word (that way my grammar and spelling is corrected), then I copy and paste it into the elements in my website. I was able to do this with out any problems until today (I did some updating this way just last weekend). When I tried to copy and paste information today, I get an error message that says "Mozilla and Firefox does not allow copy/cut/paste". When I click on the error message "more information" button, I get a procedure that says how to activate the copy and paste option....something about "user.js" file. Which I haven't a clue what it's telling me to do. I haven't changed or updated anything on my browser. I don't know why this is happening. I hope this helps to better explain my problem and look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Gregl

I will leave this for someone else to answer.

Firefox is a browser.

MS Word is is a Word Processor (allbeit with HTML editing ability)

Are you attempting to do more than attempting to copy and paste from Firefox ? Are you having problems with copy and paste from Firefox, or does that work ?
