I did not agree to use Firefox or Growl as a condition of buying a Mac. Attempts to remove Growl from my applications have proven fultile. How do I remove the feature? I use another browser and resent the pressure to use yours. David Harder

Growl continues to come up pushing "upgrades" when I don't use it or want to use it.

I Have no idea how either Firefox or Growl would show up on new out of the box Mac computer. Obviously it was not as new as you thought it was. Or the dealer you bought it from did a major no-no.
