Since updating to 5.0, my saved passwords no longer work -- when I re-start, the check box for saved passwords is unchecked.

If I check the "save passwords" checkbox, when I shutdown and restart, the checkmark is gone and the saved passwords no longer function. I have to recheck the box after every startup. The passwords are not lost -- they simply don't work.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
