Whenever I move a tab to my second screen it instead makes a blank window and the tab doesn't move, with this new window there are no bookmarks and I am unable to move back or forwards concerning history. What problem is this?
Whenever I try to move a tab, it instead creates an entirely new window that is blank and the tab doesn't move, in this brand new window I am unable to see my bookmarks, ore navigate history.

Try to disable hardware acceleration, it may nor work properly with the second monitor.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
