A window pops up with "access denied authentication_failed"

The first window is followed by a second window that asks for userid and password. If I do anything beyond that, it takes me to a website that my company blocks. Everytime I open firefox, it resets my home pages to a single msn page.

I have uninstalled and re-downloaded. Nothing works.
