You can place a shortcut to the Firefox program in the Startup folder in "Start > Programs" by dragging the Firefox shortcut from the desktop or by dragging the Firefox entry in "Start > Programs > Mozilla Firefox" to that folder (or use Copy/Paste to achieve this).
