Go to TOOLS then OPTIONS then SECURITY tab and check :

Block Reported Attack Sites [v]

Block Reported Web Forgeries[v]

close it, exit firefox and restart-it.

The mozilla.org site isn't in the phishing protection database, so for now use the .com site instead for testing.
