How can I easily remove Windows Expert Series virus from PC?

Windows Expert Series has infected my PC..How to easily remove without going through "msconfg"? F8 is not working and not allowing me to reboot in safe mode. I followed some advice form malwaretips.com and myantispyware.com..but that is not starting off well because I can not get PC to reboot in safe mode. Are those sites giving correct info?
