Tabs on a web site not working

After some time using the web site below (unfortunately it is password protected, but I can send/post a screen recording if required) it is not any longer possible to use it's "Internal Tabs". It works again if I reset Firefox to its default values.

This is not a reply, I add a screen shot to provide more information. It is the "tabs" below the video window (About this lesson, Supplement Content....) that stops working.

Try to reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
