can't get a cozy view in gmail

The only view I can get in gmail is compact one. I can't switch it to cozy. Both Explorer and Chrome enables this but not Firefox. Pressing F11 helps but it's not what I need. Do you know what to do?

Solved. For everyone who has the same problem - too many toolbars. Get rid of those you don't need.
