When clicking "reply" or "forward" in GoDaddy Workspace Webmail, the screen changes to the proper fields but the fields are not populated with the recipient email address or the subject title or the message thread. This is a new issue, just started this morning. GoDaddy customer support says it's a Firefox issue. I've cleared the browser history, cookies, and cache. No improvement. I've uninstalled both versions 20.0 and 19.0.2. No improvement. I've disabled all plug-ins associated with malware and/or Workspace Webmail. No improvement. I've disabled the Network DNSPrefetch configuration. No improvement. I've deselected "Use hardware acceleration when available" in Firefox preferences. No improvement. HELP!!!!

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
