How do I upgrade the browser, and more important, SHOULD I, with a 2007 Vista op system? I heard bad things about upgrading with old systems. Also, I keep getting a Malwarebytes warning saying that it has blocked malware every time I open an email, with the malware # 74.120.16, and "process Firefox.exe What's up with that?

 Thanks!!

When ever you get a message that software needs an update, DO NOT USE ANY OF THE PROVIDED LINKS. While this may be a legitimate message, it could also be maleware or a virus. Any time you want or need to check for upgrades, go to the web site of the true owner of the program in question. For example, to check out Firefox, go to Mozilla.com. There are also legitimate update checking programs that you can use. One is called Download App from CNET.com
