Hello, I just tried to go to the Chase UCard site to check my unemployment balance and got the message that Verisign Class 3 International service CA G3 is not trusted that the certificate is not valid. Is this site no longer safe or can I and go to the site

hello JoAnnW, the site you have referenced doesn't properly implement a certificate chain that links their certificate issued from a intermediary instance to the root certificate authority trusted by the browser. this doesn't mean that the site or the encryption is generally unsafe.

you can visit https://www.symantec.com/page.jsp?id=ca-ra once - that should be enough to store this intermediary certificate used by the bank in the certificate store of the browser.
