I want to archive multiple messages into one archive folder. How do I select more than one message at a time?
I want to archive multiple messages into one archive folder. How do I select more than one message at a time?

To select a block of eg: 10 emails.
- click on first email
- hold down shift key and click on last email.
- this will highlight all in between
To hightlight all emails in a folder.
- click on first email to get focus.
- press and hold down 'Ctrl' key and press 'A' key
- this will highlight all emails.
To select various emails:
- press and hold down 'Ctrl' key and then use mouse to select various emails
- they will appear as 'conversations in the Message Pane
- click on Archive button.
