Mail not showing in any folder...!!!
The mail database where all the mails are stored (documents and settings/application data/thunderbird), that folder size is more than 14 GB. but no mail showing in thunderbird.

One of the hints in Disappearing mail may help.
Otherwise you could please give more information to better understand your problem, like what you did before mails stopped showing etc.
