HI lampken, Unfortunately in order to clarify how you are accessing email, are you accessing email in webmail or Thunderbird? Also, when you say it only happens with the Firefox Account, does this means it only happens when you have a sync account attached to the browser profile when you go to the webmail site and open an email? And if so, what email site does this happen on?
