Hi, why I cannot see the content of my old emails? When I search for a specific person, for example, and I scroll down the list of results, I see the email but

When I search for sent/received emails for a specific person, and I scroll down the list of results, I see all the emails but once I select the one I need, I don't see the email at all. Only a Thunderbird page with a link to support.
