Flash is not working
With the latest flash plugin for Firefox (16.0.0.305) I keep getting need a version above 10.??? In the forum others have said use version 16.0.0.235, I did that after uninstalling .305, it does not play any flash content. Most of the forum answers for similar questions also points to files that are NOT on the page it is suggesting.
I am sorry I had checked the box let Adobe Flash update because things were working fine last year this year all messed up!
Definitively I need to know what version of Firefox works with what version of flash plugin.
flashplayer16_0r0_235_win.exe is what I just installed (after uninstalling the latest (305))

Here is a screenshot.
It looks like you still have a Flash 9.0 version installed and both the 9.0 and 16.0 version is being detected by Firefox as shown in your system details on right of your post.
Try uninstalling all plugin based Flash versions and then installing 16.0.0.305

Yes you are correct there is an add-on I can not get rid of, only click it to NEVER ACTIVATE. How can I get rid of it? Its not in the ADD/Remove programs list.
When it is never activated flash plays properly as I downloaded the latest version again. Why is there no uninstall plugin button?
The NEVER Activate keeps switching back to on... wtf...

Plugins listed in Addons Manager are not actually installed in Firefox like Extensions/Themes are but are installed on system.
