Hello kagejakem, go to about:config copy and paste the next bold dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable-protected-mode in the search field, and toggle(double-click on it) the value to true. Any luck ?

That is a problem with the rndlmainbrowserrecordplugin.dll that is part of RealDownloader (RealNetworks) that shows as an installed extension.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

sorry worked for a while, but games crashing again today thanks for your help though
