I had a new hard drive installed &I cannot remember my password.
My Thunderbird account was not recovered to the new hard drive, when I try to sign in, I haven't been able to remember my password. Is there a security question I could answer to get my password? Or something?

Email accounts are with email providers. You administer your password with your email provider. Thunderbird is not an email provider.
Go to your email providers email help page and look for a link to reset your password.
