how to get thunderbird messge filters to actually work
I've tried to set up filters for my folder in thunderbird by adding folders first to inbox, then when didn't work, created new folders under local folders and messages still not getting filtered to folder.
This is poor programming obvisouly by open source programmers
Help I've tried everything i could find and in my knowledge base from my IT course and others.

I didn't do anything wrong as i followed instructions it's due to porgramming never have this issue with any other email clients. I've been working on pc since i was in 9th grade
if you can't give answer instead of sending links as it shows you never read question or you would see i've tried everything again i fix computer s all the time and have take test out pc pro technician courses
What are your filter definitions? Please post a screenshot.
