Don't know where this came from but on the screen after I go to att.net email I get an email ready to fill in and send with a huge long string, not an email address. %3 ahome&subject=mozilla%2 firefox% start%20page

Don't know where this came from but on the screen after I go to att.net email I get an email ready to fill in and send with a huge long string, not an email address. %3 ahome&subject=mozilla%2 firefox% start%20page<?body=about%3 then seems to repeat .I have tried clearing the cache, history,deleting the long string,editing it etc. What should I do? I have tried att/yahoo they refered me to mozilla. Thanks, Wendy
