My outlook email has been frozen for hours now due to unresponsive script message. I cannot logout of email, browse, etc. Had one answer to try to solve this, but it assumed that I could get into my Firefox tools/options. . .which I cannot because the page is frozen in my email. How can I log out of my email account in Firefox so that I may try to stop this bogus unresponsive script msg. As info, I was able to log out of this email account using IE. . .but when I go back to Firefox. . .there is the unresponsive script msg in my open email account again as if I had never logged off! What is going on and what can I do to end this? Can I uninstall Firefox with my email open and not cause any problems. . .then reinstall Firefox? HELP! I'm not very computer savy and this is driving me nuts. P.S. The one answer that I received so far says the involved script is invalid?
